For UPS pickups, it is the customer’s responsibility to collect the parcel in a timely manner. If the package is not picked up and is returned to us, return shipping fees will be charged.

We make every effort to maintain sufficient stock of items on our website; however, we may run out of stock of popular items. We also work to ensure that when you place an order online, the item is available at the time of shipping. In the rare case that an intem is out of stock, we will notify you via email and any changes to your order will be reflected in your order total.
